The Condiment Company Ltd Terms and Conditions

We as a company are committed to providing a transparent and straight forward experience for all of our customers, we will to the best of our ability provide an efficient and enjoyable service. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully and contact us if you require any further clarification.

GENERAL
All orders that are accepted by The Condiment Company Ltd are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.

PRICES
Orders can be sent via our Website using PayPal or by fax, by telephone or by post.
All items are subject to availability, we will notify you if any item is out of stock and will contact you if necessary to replace or remove the item(s) from your order or notify you when the item(s) will be back in stock and available for dispatch. Should your request any out of stock items to be delivered separately we will not charge postage twice for deliveries within mainland UK only, we will contact you to discuss deliveries of this nature outside UK mainland.

DELIVERY
Orders will usually be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt, however please allow up to 7 days for delivery. If you require express delivery please request via email and we will endeavor to ensure this takes place.
Parcels will be delivered via the Royal Mail depending on the weight and size of the parcel. Please provide an alternative delivery address if you are unable to accept deliveries during working hours.
For deliveries outside of the UK Mainland please contact us with your order request and we will calculate the postage costs depending on the weight of the parcel.
The current delivery charge is set at £ 5.00 for all orders to mainland UK regardless of the number of products ordered (with the exception of northern Scotland and Northern Ireland). We reserve the right to change the set delivery charge without prior notice.

Any claims for non delivery, shortages or breakages must be made in writing within two days of delivery.
NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.

RETURNS / REFUNDS / CANCELLATION / COMPLAINTS
Should you be dissatisfied with your product(s), in the first instance please contact us and let us know the nature of the problem and we will endeavor to reach a satisfactory solution within 5 workins days. We are happy to replace or refund goods depending on the nature of the problem and will do this within 10 working days.
Claims for faulty goods will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated, we will do this within 10 working days of receipt of goods.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, etc. will not be replaced or credited.
Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to stop your order leaving the premises and will refund any payments made.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made via our Paypal service on our website. Alternatively you can write to us with your order, accompanied by a cheque made payable to The Condiment Company Ltd, to include £5.00 postage. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery.
We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented.
We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.

PRIVACY POLICY
We will not divulge any information received from you to any third party, we do not keep records of your credit/debit card number(s). We will keep records of your Name, Address and Contact details to ensure smooth and efficient transactions and ease when dealing with any issues, complaints, compliments etc. We may from time to time contact you regarding promotions, these will only be in-house promotions directly related to The Condiment Company Ltd. You can make changes at any time to the information we keep about you and will exclude you from any further promotions at your expressed wishes (please email info@thecondimentco.co.uk or phone 0845 120 6282). We are fully compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998.
